Duties: Create, communicate, and implement the organization’s vision, mission and overall direction. Lead the development and implementation of the overall organization’s strategy. Formulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of the organization. Oversee the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans. Evaluate the success of the organization. Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets and new industry development and standards, with focus on Latin American markets. Represent the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level. Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of other executive leaders including presidents, vice presidents, and directors, depending on the organization’s reporting structure. Provide advice and guidance, when appropriate, to the Board of Directors. Supervise subordinate executives/managers, including one Accounts VP, one Account Director and one officer manager, and oversee the overall financial, fiscal and administrative processes, strategies and results. Perform all other CEO duties. Periodic international travel is required.

Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field, plus four (4) years of management and administration experience within the international marketing and advertising industry, managing and leading the reorganization of administrative, operational, and financial structures of the company to achieve cost reductions, increase operational efficiency, and increase sales; developing and implementing a financial re-engineering program of marketing firm; directing strategic direction implementation and company expansion; overseeing business development targeting the Latin American market; and experience in financial accounting, finance planning, and profit and cost analysis.
